Escrow Officer
Must have relevant Title and Escrow business relevant experience to be considered.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as a liaison between all parties within the Title & Settlement process. (home buyer, builder, lender, agent, HOA, etc.). Handle all aspects of settlement transactions. Ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as discounts, interest, commissions, prorations, and percentages. Have an understanding of the title documents (commitments and policies), loan documents, and contracts/purchase agreements.
Schedule closings, stay on task with due dates and in constant communication with the appropriate parties. Complete closing transaction by assembling documents, reviewing documents with parties, explaining provisions and procedures, answering questions, checking documents for completeness and accuracy, and obtaining signatures. Facilitate transaction funding. Review escrow accounting reports and resolve any outstanding check or open file balance issues.
Comply with regulatory requirements by enforcing adherence to the applicable requirements. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks (book of business), and participating in professional organizations.
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.

We are currently looking for an Escrow Assistant to join our DFW team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Open new orders; send out title commitment packages to all parties, order surveys, HOAs, payoffs and home warranties. Notify closers once BTDs and survey reviews are complete. Manage communication with all parties involved on transactions.
Assist with guaranty file accounting as needed, such as stop pays, file transfers, file balancing, etc.
Post-closing: Coordinate with the lender for funding approval. Set up outgoing wires in the file, and coordinate with wire department for final approval and release. Disburse checks. Record documents and scan in loan package and final documents for policy. Prepare closed files to go to policy department.
RELATED FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

Escrow Assistant
We are currently looking for an Escrow Assistant to join our Austin team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Open new orders; send out title commitment packages to all parties, order surveys, HOAs, payoffs and home warranties. Notify closers once BTDs and survey reviews are complete. Manage communication with all parties involved on transactions.
Assist with guaranty file accounting as needed, such as stop pays, file transfers, file balancing, etc.
Post-closing: Coordinate with the lender for funding approval. Set up outgoing wires in the file, and coordinate with wire department for final approval and release. Disburse checks. Record documents and scan in loan package and final documents for policy. Prepare closed files to go to policy department.
RELATED FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as discounts, interest, commissions, prorations, and percentages.
Have an understanding of the title documents (commitments and policies), loan documents, and contracts/purchase agreements.
Relevant Title and Escrow business experience with a working knowledge of title examination, or title examination experience.
RamQuest experience a plus, but not required.
REQUIRED:
Proactive, problem solver, team player, high attention to detail and stellar customer service skills. Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.

Sales Executive
Position Overview
We are currently looking for a full-time Sales Executive to join our elite Austin team.
Sales Executives are skilled in obtaining leads and closings, and are responsible for generating new revenue through the sales of the company’s services. In addition to possessing excellent customer service skills, the Sales Executive works directly with executives and key personnel to identify, strategize, prioritize, and pursue new and existing opportunities. The ideal candidate will understand the need to continuously develop and feed a sales funnel, generate new opportunities, and close on opportunities in order to a thrive in a fast paced agile working environment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Adhere to company policies and culture.
- Identify and initiate contact with potential clients and opportunities.
- Qualify potential clients to ensure a match for the Company’s client criteria.
- Proven sales experience; experience negotiating and closing.
- Retain communication and build relationships with clients by making in person and virtual calls.
- Obtain and maintain knowledge of services offered on company and client sides.
- Maintain knowledge of industry regulations.
- Maintain CRM daily with customer contacts and details.
- Qualify potential clients to ensure a match for the Company’s client criteria.
- Identify and pursue key decision makers.
- Working closely with Escrow Teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Attend and host events/functions for networking and business development, continuing education classes, team and one-on-one meetings, all as directed by management.
- Stay abreast on current trends and industry changes.
- Strive to continuously meet or exceed performance goals and departmentally defined objectives.
- Ability to travel based upon client or company needs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- We are looking for an experienced, energetic and self-motivated person with a strong in-person, phone and written customer communication skills, and a desire to find solutions to help customers have a positive experience closing their real estate transactions.
- Knowledge of sales principles and methods of selling products and services; including marketing strategy, tactics and sales techniques.
- Must create a positive image of the company through a professional appearance, actions, and conduct to fellow employees and customers.
- Establish a professional working rapport with our clients and any new relationships that are established.
- Possess solid negotiation and closing skills.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Notary Public a plus.
- Strong Oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment; strong organizational skills.
- Solid existing client relations (book of business) and 2- 5 years of successful Title/Real estate industry experience.
